WW Raspberry Dessert Squares
2 cups frozen raspberry nonfat yogurt, softened
1 (0.3 oz) box raspberry sugar-free gelatin
1 tub (8 oz) sugar-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg (10.75 oz) prepared reduced-fat pound cake, cubed
1. Whisk together yogurt and dry gelatin in a large bowl until well blended. Stir in whipped
topping. Add cake cubes and mix lightly.
2. Pour evenly into an 8 inch square pan. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
Cut into 12 equal sized servings.
Yield: 12 servings
