WW Crockpot Turkey Chili

1/2 lb ground turkey
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, with liquid
1 jar (16 oz) thick, chunky style picante sauce
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
1 can (15 oz) Great Northern beans, rinsed
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 pkg. (8 oz) 2% shredded Cheddar cheese
40 crackers

1. Cook turkey on stove in a large saucepan over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

2. Add turkey to slow cooker with all remaining ingredients except cheese and crackers; stir well.

3. Cover and cook on HIGH 3 to 4 hours or LOW 5 to 6 hours.

4. Divide into bowls (1-1/4 cups per bowl), top with cheese. Serve with crackers.

Yield: 8 Servings
Serving Size: 1-1/4 cups chili and 5 crackers per serving.
