Tex-Mex Salad
Ingredients:

1 (10 oz) bag, torn salad greens
3/4 cup Mexican 2% fine shred four cheese blend
1 avocado, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup light Ranch dressing
1/4 cup thick & chunky style salsa
1 cup baked tortilla chips, coarsely broken

Directions:

1. In a large bowl combine the first 4 ingredients.

2. In a seperate bowl mix together the salsa and salad dressing. Add to salad & toss to coat.

3. Add in the chips; mix lightly. Serve immediately.

Yield: 6 Servings
Serving Size: 1-1/3 cups per serving
