Spinach Salad
Ingredients:

5 cups torn spinach leaves
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup thin red onion wedges
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup light Catalina salad dressing


Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl.

2. Add dressing; mix lightly and serve.

Yield: 6 Servings
Serving Size: 1-1/4 cups per serving
