Mandarin Orange & Chicken Bites

1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup drained & chopped canned mandarin oranges
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp sliced almonds
2 tbsp Miracle Whip Light Salad Dressing
48 Triscuit (brand name or similar)
Reduced Fat Crackers


1. Combine together all ingredients except crackers.

2. Refrigerate 2 hours, or until cold.

3. Spoon even amounts onto crackers just before serving.
NOTE: Chicken mixture can be stored in refrigerator up to 24 hours before serving.

Yield: 16 Servings
Serving Size: (3) cracker bites per serving.
