Easy Stir-Fried Beef
Prep Time: 20 Minutes.
Cooking Time: 15 Minutes.
Total Time: 35 Minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp light Catalina salad dressing
2 tbsp lite soy sauce
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 cup chopped green onions






DIRECTIONS::

1. Cook steak in a nonstick wok over high heat 3 minutes or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.

2. Add in the next 5 ingredients; stir. Bring to a boil; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Add in the oranges and onions; fluff with fork.

YIELD: 6 Servings.
