Diabetic Sesame-Ginger Slaw
Prep Time: 15 minutes.
Total Time: 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing
2 tbsp light Asian Toasted Sesame salad dressing
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
6 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 cup snow peas, diagonally cut into 1-inch pieces
1 carrot, coarsely chopped
2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp sesame seed, toasted






DIRECTIONS

1. Mix first 3 ingredients together until well blended.

2. Combine all remaining ingredients together, except sesame seed, in a large bowl.
Add in the dressing mixture; toss to coat.

3. Top with the sesame seed.

YIELD: 8 Servings
