1 1/2 cups skim milk, divided
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 (1.4 oz ) box chocolate fat and sugar-free instant
2 cups frozen Fat Free whipped topping, thawed and
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1. Microwave 1 cup of the milk and chocolate squares in a large microwaveable bowl on HIGH
2 minutes; whisk until chocolate is melted. Add remaining milk and the dry pudding mix; beat
2 minutes. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
2. Remove mixture from refrigerator and whisk in 1 1/2 cups of the whipped topping,
Divide and spoon topping in equal ammounts into 6 dessert dishes. Top with with remaining
topping and the raspberries. Note: (If you can't find fresh raspberries, frozen may be used. Just
make sure you thaw them before using.)
