Cheesy Oven-Baked Fish

4 frozen haddock fillets (1 lb total)*
2 tbsp light Italian salad dressing
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


1. Preheat oven to 450° F.

2. Place the frozen fish in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish & drizzle with the dressing.

3. Bake 25 minutes. remove from oven and top with mushrooms and cheese; bake another
5 minutes or until cheese is melted and fish flakes easily with fork. Sprinkle with the parsley.
*NOTE: (Cod or halibut filets may be substituted if desired)

Yield: 4 Servings
